For reasons known only to the former owners, my front door is pink. This does not please me.
In the near future, it will be either this warm shade of red or the dark pine green. (The siding is beige with white trim.)
Which do you like, Tuesday Tribe?
*P.S: We were supposed to find something Thanksgiving-y this week, but all I have is a leftover from last year. Still, there's a bit of red here and there.
For more Ruby Tuesday, stop by at Theteach's place and check out the other entries.
*P.P.S: For those who asked, here's what the rest of the house looks like. So... red door? Green door?

I am always partial to reds..but it has to be what you like..
New Rambling Woods Site
I'd go with the red, it's warmer and more inviting looking.
you set a lovely table.
I love red doors and that's a great red. depends on so much though - color of the house, shutters?, and so on
the Mountain Pine is a great color too.
I'm kinda partial to red, too... but a green that goes well with the rest would work as well...
LOL seems to me like the verdict is the red one, which is what I'd of posted as I'm partial to red doors too!
I like them both, but it would be easier to decide if I could see the house too. Without that, I think I'm partial to the red.
I vote for Red considering your other colors.
What a really gorgeous table setting!
What a beautiful table setting!
From these colours I do prefer the green. If it was a brighter red, that would have been the obvious choice. Although bright blue is a neat colour for doors too...:)
I like the red. Red doors always look so inviting. Odd that the previous owners painted it pink - not a color I would have chosen LOL
Well, I should have guessed how this vote would go, considering this is the RUBY Tuesday group. LOL
I must admit, though, I was leaning toward the red too. I loved the red door on my old house, but I've never had a green one and thought it might be something new. Either would be pretty, but red wins.
Thanks for weighing in, everyone, and thanks for the nice comments about the table, too!
