A super Halloween shadow shot!
Plenty of nooks and crannies for shadows to form. This log (?) seems coiled like a snake in the woods, ready to recoil and strike - or sleep in his special spot. A natural spookiness, but naturally beautiful as well. Nice!
Looks grimacing!
Happy Halloween and SSS.
Oh, yes! A terrific Halloween shadow shot! Love it!
Enjoy your weekend!

I really like this!
Oooh that is scary! What a sinister looking face you found in the woods! I'm not sure I'd be stopping to take a photo. I'd be stepping up the pace and moving on quickly! Wimp that I am ;)
oooh, naturally scary - happy SSS!
Kinda like the cookie monster on Sesame Street...good catch. I love finding faces in gnarly old burl wood.
What a perfect Halloween image - looks something like the neighbourhood kids who came a-calling last night!
WOW ... What a wonderful capture for this week especially ;-)
Hugs and blessings,

so appropriate for All Hallows Eve -- how cool that you spotted and captured this slithering serpent face!
