I awoke yesterday morning just at dawn, with the sun low on the horizon. I have very tall east-facing windows and a very long bedroom. I suddenly realized my shadow on the carpet was over 20 feet long and had a fun-house distortion of perspective. How could I resist?
I experimented with poses, white balance, brightness, saturation and contrast to create more drama.

I like the quality of the first one. What NEAT images, though! Isn't it fun when they are so long and exaggerated? That's when I really feel tall!
This is an eerie presence, the dark dawn shadows are long. Probably not a scary as it seems, but how would we feel upon confronting shadow like these??

these are both fun shadow shots. I like the first one best, but the warmth of the other one is great too. you look sort of like Darth Vader in that one! great shots. happy SSS, and have a great weekend too.

It is hard to choose one of them. Each of them has each feature. The first one looks a little scary as somebody seems to open a door.
