Shadow Shots: White Sheep

As Above, So Below

White sheep, white sheep on a blue hill
When the wind stops you all stand still.
When the wind blows you walk away slow.
White sheep, white sheep
Where do you go?

- Children's nursery song

I still think of those old lyrics when I see a flock of clouds like this pass by overhead. Seen from above, each one has a "black sheep" shadow, too.

There are more shadows at HeyHarriet's. Stop by and see.

What a terrific shadow shot for the day! And so different! I love it and the nursery rhyme and the "black sheep shadows"! Fun! Hope your weekend is off to a great start!

The clouds from up there are just like those we see on the ground. Imaginative shapes we interpret to be what we think they look like. At sealevel or at 35,000 feet...

Delightful rhyme to go with the clouds and their shadows.

You tied your shadows together very nicely today.

I love the "black sheep"!

SHADOW, WILL YOU?

Shadow, will you always be
Here where I can always see
What you do and how you play?
Or will you just slip away?
