Once upon a time, automobiles were works of art as much as they were machinery. According to its sign, this restored 1933 Auburn is the last of its kind. And that's a cryin' shame.

The cars of that era were handmade works of art. Design was essential to the overall appeal of the car. Great first photo.

What a wonderful car. I love that red colour. They will never make perfect cars like that again - and it's good that some people keep them fit. I love to see old films from the thirties - or those new perfect made English TV-series: Miss Marple and Poirot and a few others. Here is really an opportunity to see some of those magnificent cars.

When Joe and I lived in Ft. Wayne we went to this car show (I bet it's the one!) in Auburn IN. Can't remember the name of the show, but it was so much fun! The auction was unbelievable!
