Black and White: Untitled
I don't often participate in this meme because, frankly, I'm intimidated by the insanely fabulous quality of the other photos that show up here. With luck and inspiration from this group, perhaps my skills will improve.
I haven't hit on a great title for this photo yet. Any ideas?
(The hand belongs to my mother in law, age 84.)

Splendid work!
Well done!
Wonderful composition.
there is something in a photograph
of hands that i am so drawn to, the history, even the way the person hold their and in this case, what they are holding. sometimes you don't even need to see i face to "feel" the person. beautifully done.

Fascinating details in the lines of this outstretched hand! Beautiful!
Superb photo Vicki! You should never be intimidated - your work is excellent! I agree with you though, I am awed by the quality of each week's photos.
Your mother-in-law has a hand that has obviously worked hard, and she's holding those acorn cups so gently. She must be a lovely woman.
I think your skills are right there with the best of the photographers...moi not included in that select group. I adore pictures of an aging body and ones that show wrinkled skin. I am always shooting my hands and feet. Just look at all of those lines of a life well lived. Love the little acorn tops in the palm. Kudos to you for a fabulous shot. genie
Thanks so much, everyone, for your kind comments!
