Shady Ladies


There was standing room only under the branches of a lone tree in an Ohio pasture. It was growing conveniently close to a fence, so I was able to snap a few shots of these curious cows.

They look so placid, but I'm guessing that if you went for the calf, you'd see different beasts altogether!

Late in making the rounds this weekend-was at Picurus Pueblo yesterday for their Feast day and heart-stopping pole climbing and dances. I wish I could’ve taken pictures, but none were allowed of course.
