Black and White: Encrypted
This artwork fascinates me. It's a cylindrical tower, about ten feet high, with no plaque announcing its title or naming its artist. It sits in the cobblestone courtyard of what was once a brewery, back in the 1800s. The brewery was converted to shops and studios years ago, but is almost completely abandoned now and is in rough shape. Below is a shot of the top half of the sculpture, taken from the elevated parking lot next door.
What do you make of it?

Nice post for The Weekend In B&W!
I like the artwork a lot and good shots.
Sculpture or just the (formerly decorated) top of a chimney or vent after it got bashed up by a toppling tree? Like the contrast in #2.
at first I thought it was the witch riding the broomstick on Easter.
I don´t know. Would have to know teh sign I think.
The art looks mysterious. Nice BW...
Great pictures and nice sculpture in B&W!
Anna
It seems like a mixture of an enchanting and a slightly frightening place. Very fitting for B & W
Great shot.
The shape/sculpture looks as if something has fallen on it. I am sure there are some interesting stories attached to both the sculpture and the old brewery.
Forgotten hat...looks so sad.
But happy Sunday! :)

Great shot of the sculpture in B&W!

Fine photos, strange sculpture! The top certainly seems a bit dented ;)
