Project Black: Sunset House
This is a detail from a one-room, historical cottage on the grounds of The Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake, New York. It belonged to the village doctor at one time, and was moved here from Forked Lake for all to enjoy.
See more Project Black Participants at Anna's blog.
And with this one, I have used up all my space for the month at Flickr.com. It's either stow the camera for a while or pay up for more space. Decisions, decisions...

so much magic to NY, both this shot and the traces shot from yesterday prove that
beautiful
Neat building and you just know that didn't come out of a machine shop.
Out of space? You're out of blogger space, too? There is always photobucket and imageshack. I was looking forward to seeing more black :-(
Oh... love that last Round Robins at dusk... perfect!
Hello, Diane, nice to meet you. We found lots of magic in New York, for sure.
JC, I still have Blogger space, but when it compresses my photos to its default sizes they look fuzzy. I may have to use it, though.
Love all the angles and different textured black designs.. Nice post for the project.
What are you going to do? There's still half a month left...
Wonderful photo - love the pattern and the dark window.
I LOVE the photo in your previous post - wonderful silhouette.
Two beautiful black shots, both yesterday's and today's. I live in Israel now, but I grew up in NY and spent many happy summers in the Adirondacks, so seeing these was very special for me.
Just beautiful! I love the way you framed this.
What craftsmanship!
That is such a great building. I love the ferns , too. Very nice for project black!
