I love the color of the underside of this highway bridge and the shadowy spaces between the girders. I always slow a bit to look up when I pass under it.

The beams are man-made, a straight line of steel to keep the bridge upright. The green is a pretty color, an almost organic hue, and the shadows impart a sense of mystery. It is almost as if there is a human quality to the ordinary, the look the modern with shadowy quirks all around. Nice subject!

Really nice... I love the shadowy color... I always look up too when I go under a bridge... I'm especially fascinated with the bridges I go under when we are on our boat.

That is interesting and looks to be in good shape too unlike many of the bridges here...
