Shards of Shadows

Shards of Shadows

I'm boring myself to death lately with my ho-hum pics, so I thought I'd try fiddling around with some special effects. These beams cast some serious shadow patterns, and I liked the image even better after desaturating it and boosting the contrast way up. What do you think?

I like the effect where the shadow falls on the sidewalk. I looks like the shadow is burning into the concrete.

I like .. in fact I was just playing with the shadows here and the morning light ...

The shadows are stunning and really artistic with the edits. The linear nature of the subject leaves stout shadows. The sun allows us to find shadowy art - nothing ho-hum about this shadow!

What a terrific shadow shot! I love what you've done! Very successful "fiddling around"!! I find myself sometimes doing the same things. Hope you're having a great weekend!

OO very creative! The patterns suggest that a serious game of hopscotch awaits! Good one!
