Sepia Scenes: Fading in the Sun
The view from inside this old barn isn't nearly as interesting as the window that frames it. I loved the textures of the peeling paint, and the shadows cast on the wide sill.
I love it for the same reasons you do. I like the utility poles outside too. Peeling paint just says primitive to me and I love the mood it suggests - old and comfy. Great sepia!

Great sepia!
Lovely picture. Very peaceful scene filled with textures.
A real beautiful photo! Great job using AOL photo editor! :)
Oh that's beautiful. Reminds me of an Andrew Wyeth painting.
you can even see the small shadow if the window crank!!
stunning!!
That's a great window. I like how the glass is starting to fog around the edges of the panes, too.
This is one of my favorites so far. I love this. You did an incredible job!!

Thanks for the nice comments, guys. Sorry to be so late acknowledging them. It's just been so crazy lately.
Tomato Lady, now that you mention it, it does look like something Wyeth would have done. Thanks for pointing that out!
This is a beauty! I was looking at your profile...I live in west central Indiana...which direction are you?
