Monochrome Weekly: Beans a la Georgia

Beanflower 1

Found these lascivious ladies in the bean patch. I'll bet the next time you have green beans, you're going to remember this post.

The third frame is a favorite. I could see some glitters on the petals.

As you probably know, I am not one for mono flowers but Danton is right - that last one has style.
Some sort of antirrhinum perhaps?

Very nicely done. I like the light on the first flower, but there is something about the third one that is wonderful.

Thanks, everyone, for your kind comments. It's funny that the third one seems to be everyone's favorite, while it's my least favorite one.

These are the flowers of common green beans growing in my vegetable garden. See the baby bean above the flower in the first shot?

These are really beautiful. I've enjoyed enormously going back and looking over your most recent posts. Thanks for your visit to Brattleboro and leading back to your lovely work.

Lovely images!
I love the effect. I think it really makes you take notice of the form and shape of the flower.

Thanks for coming by. I hadn't been here in awhile. :)
